music on hold .wav files on ip office 8.1

I have an ip office 8.1 and I am trying to upload .wav files for music on hold. I have wav file in the proper format and followed specs. I named it holdmusic.wav
but the file fails to load on a reboot. I even tried uploading using file embedded manager. any suggestions would be great.

Do you have "Enable BootP and TFTP Servers" checked under File->Preferences ?
