BCM 450 adding mailbox problem 1

When adding a mailbox on a BCM 450 I get a message saying no unified messaging seats availble. I have several voice mail seats available.

You dont need a Unified seat to add a mailbox.
When selecting a mailbox do you get Subscriber as an option?
That is the one to use.

That is what I have done already but I get that message anyway

Maybe in the class of service you are using for the mailboxes, has the message forwarding feature applied. From what I hear you need unified message seats to line up with the mailboxes that you are programming to do message forwarding. Maybe that is why you are getting the error.
