BCM50 R6 call log issues!

I have a BCM50 Release 6 patched up until Nov. 14 2011, most recent patches available. The sets are set to log only calls "unanswered by me" but are logging any calls that comes into the system that don't even ring on these sets. If i remove line appearances from these sets it corrects the issue, but customer needs line appearance. Any other systems this works fine.
Any tips would be appreciated
 
if the line appears on this extn then it will log the call.
Because its not answered by the extn it registers as a logged call.

Try one of the other options in the list tio see if it suits

It does not have to ring, Unanswered by me,
The appearance still flashes at the phone!!!!!
