I have an MOX8A analog module attached to my MICS. Our phone provider helped us set up 2 fax machines and an analog speakerphone. Now I want to add another device. I have tried just plugging it in, but apparently it's not that simple. What back-end programming needs to be done?
I am wondering how to disable this feature. I have a MICS 7.1 system. It seems that once a call is placed on hold for over a minute, it automatically gets transferred to reception. I would like it to just remain on hold. Any suggestions?
Is it possible to disable dial 0 for the operator in the CCR tree or automated attendant setup? My company wants to switch to a non-standard number so people actually have to listen to the menu.
I have a CP150 voice messageing system. My company has caller ID enabled lines and our MICS system supports the caller ID feature. When we first got the feature, I set the auto-attendant on the callpilot system to wait 2 rings before answering so the caller id info would show up on our phones...
I am using MICS 7.0. We have the programming follow the phone, so when you move a set the extension moves with it etc. I have found that on occasion, after moving a phone, it appears to be working again (display works rings on incoming calls etc) but when you pick up the receiver, nothing...
I posted earlier this week about my CLID woes, and was able to get that all sorted out, but there seems to be a side-effect impacting our T7406. Now the T7406 the receptionist uses is only able to handle 1 call at a time. She says if another call comes in while she is using it, it doesn't ring...
Right on, I set the automated attendant to 2 rings, and it's all working great. Only problem now is that our receptionist is going nuts because her phone rings twice before it get automatically picked up. Is there something we could do to work around this, or will she just have to live with it?
So does this mean that I have to have an incoming line for every phone I want caller ID on? Or can I set 1 line to ring on many extensions? And if I do that, will it screw up our automated attendant?
Also, I have tried F811 and it still doesn't display even after several rings and even during...
Ok, so over the weekend I replaced our 3 old NT7875GA-93 trunk cards with NT5B41GA-93 trunk cards so that we could have caller ID in our company. I had done some research before attempting to do this on my own, so I had a pretty good idea what I would have to do. Our MICS system is running...
