I have a CP150 voice messageing system. My company has caller ID enabled lines and our MICS system supports the caller ID feature. When we first got the feature, I set the auto-attendant on the callpilot system to wait 2 rings before answering so the caller id info would show up on our phones. It was working fine for a year, but last week the auto-attendant started picking up after the first ring, so the caller id info is no longer displaying on our sets. I went in and switched the auto-attendant to 3 rings for every line, this did not help. I rebooted the callpilot system, and this didn't help either. No other changes have been made to our phone system in the past week. Any thoughts on what might be going on?

Are you sure it's the AA answering, might it not be the General Delivery mbox. If it's for sure the AA, then Service Modes have been activated, look for a telephone, with a Night in the display. Most likely the Recpt./Operator.

If GD Mbox, then someone with incoming ringing lines has Forwarded their telephone to Vmail.

Thanks, I went and checked the reception phone and night services was enabled. I turned the service off and everything is working normally again.
