Good imput. We didn´t notice that. But I don´t think this is the complete solution. We had the same issue with incoming call twinning out to mobile. It wouldn´t twin out. We ended up downgrading again to latest 9.0 and it works. Really frustrating though. I checked a server edition on 9.1.1.0...

Apperantly this was something Cisco changed a couple of years ago to make their phones more difficult to use with another system. Eventually I got it to work with an Cisco 7960 by enabling NAT on the phone even though there was no NAT between the phone and the IP Office.

I´ve had this issue to come and go since release 1.1 of CCR. It shows in different scenarios but one of them was a overflow transfer via VMpro. An early one was when a call got answered during a queue announcements.
