CCR Current Wait Time Broken

I have a strange problem with a CCR huntgroup where all agents will be available, no call is sitting in a queue (also confirmed by looking at system status) and the current wait time will start counting upwards when there is NO call :S

Has anyone else experienced this? I am wondering if this is a bug
 
Hard to say without any information about hardware and software levels.
But it sounds like a bug.

I'm sure this was a known bug arund the R6.0 mark.

I had this happen, and it was because I transfered calls externally via overflow. Transfering via VMpro solved the problem.
 
I´ve had this issue to come and go since release 1.1 of CCR. It shows in different scenarios but one of them was a overflow transfer via VMpro. An early one was when a call got answered during a queue announcements.
