Sonicwall Routing

Can you ping the phone from the same network the IPO is on? you may need another IP route on the IPO to get to the phone's network.

I already have the route built in the IPO. I cannot ping the vpn phone and it will not pull its files from the HTTP server.

Because the Sonicwall is a common device used with the IPO and Im trying to help the customer. The "monkey" does not know to much about the firewall as it was in place when he came on. I am just trying to help.

I've had tons of issues with Sonicwall, sometimes it's just a unlicensed feature that is enabled in it. If you really want to help the customer, get access to the Sonicwall and call their support line.

You have to set what network the VPN clients should have access to under WAN GroupVPN settings.
