I think it is a switch issue, all sites are showing as open, however we make a call and the DCH message shows NACD activity, if i refresh the site parameter table i see trunk allocation problem, it clears when i release the call!!
do i need the dialable DN in the CC parameters as CDN on...

There are three "known" causes for this :
- Agent Phonesets have their CLS set to a restricted value (ie. FRE, FR1 or FR2)
- Agents on CCMA have incorrect numbers populated in the "Personal DN" field of the User Properties page
- lack of IP bandwidth for call delivery on IPT CS1K switches...

Do you have the Nortel connected to the other pbx's via trunks?? (Qsig/Dpnss, if so the the Octel third party system can be used on the Meridian, and depending on the trunks MWI can be supported.Let me know how and if the systems are connected.

The Call centre has 60 agents and between 3/6 agent phones go into "not ready" without any user intervention, I have watched this happen and have never seen this before, the agent may be idle for about 5 mins, the supervisor then looks at the rtd and they see that the agent is in "Not Ready"...
