Hey, can anyone send me a printout of the configuration for NACD, CS1K i have three sites and 1xNCC i get the NACD DN rout table built the registration says OK but closed.
the systems are 4 digit CDP, I have tried 7 digit with LSC and HLOC as well this gets no registration

The sites are connected by H323 and calls are succesfull to normal DN and extension calling, we even have CDN dialling OK if built as Steering code to other sites.

my problem is that if I log a test user that has Net skillset in the source site i.e. UK the call hits agent, if i log Agent into site B the call does not hit the agent, i do see however NACD facility messages in and out on DCH trace.

I have release 6 so, if I am out-dated, I apologize. However, I believe that NACD only comes in to play when the CCM servers are offline or not communicating. Your remote sites should show as open, if you really have communications up and running. Since you are showing closed, it sounds like you have missing connections.

Networking communication parameters
In the Networking Communication Parameters window, you can view or
modify the networking communication parameters for any site in the network.
You must configure the following network communication parameters on each
server in the network:
• the number that your telephony switch dials to route a contact to that site
• how many times your server tries to queue contacts to the site after a route
attempt fails, and the number of seconds between retries
• the amount of time an agent at the site is reserved to answer a contact
routed from your server
• the amount of time your server waits for a reply from the remote sites, if
routing is based on longest idle agent or average speed of answer
• the Landing Pad type, if the server has Universal Networking enabled
For more information about configuring networking communication
parameters, see Nortel Contact Center Server Administration
(NN44400-610).

Hi,
I think it is a switch issue, all sites are showing as open, however we make a call and the DCH message shows NACD activity, if i refresh the site parameter table i see trunk allocation problem, it clears when i release the call!!

do i need the dialable DN in the CC parameters as CDN on the switch at the far end or ACDDN? what number do i need in the NACD table?

For an NCC campaign you must send the call via the Dialable DN and the CDN of the original call will follow. Remember, NACD only kicks in when the CCM is down. During normal operations a caller will hit a CDN that accesses a NCC CDN/skillset. If an agent is available, at another location, the terminating PBX will call the Dialable DN and send the call to the NCC assigned agent.
