Thanks to everyone for your help. I found that document yesterday and I have the monitoring running. Last night I restarted the system so I'm crossing my fingers today.

Bit confused, there aren't any channel licenses, unlimited Voicemail pro licenses. I should also mention that although it happens at busy times, the system is nothing like as busy as it was 3 years ago with the exact same number of licenses and ISDN30 channels.

Bear in mind that I haven't attempted restarting the system yet as it's not convenient to do so until later on but, in case any of this rings any bell, I though I would post for some advice.
We have an IP Office 412 with 25 Channels of ISDN30.
Sometimes when calling out we're getting a busy...
Within CCview our user gets the error...
Location:update.bas/update_lost_call_list type mismatch. If I click OK the box appears again.
It goes away after resetting the delta server service (or restarting the server) but comes back again after a while.
Also, the lost calls list only works...

There've been so many silly little problems like that this week caused by the upgrade and the subsequent extra bit's and pieces that needed adding or changing in the config, I didn't think to try the simplest, most obvious thing!
For future reference.
Deleting the user, merging, recreating, merging had no effect.
After restarting the CCC Reporting and Delta Server Services it started working again.
That was a long post for such a minor problem.
Also in my defence. We support our system ourselves. Many years ago we had a support contract but it got to the point were we knew more about our system than the people we were paying to support it. We've been doing this for many years now and we're quite familiar with using a bit of guess work...

I'm genuinely very sorry if I've offended anyone with the use of the word 'guess'. I didn't mean it in a derogatory way. Just literally as explained above.
I will try it 'out of hours' but I can't do it right now as this is our busiest week of the year, the user needs to be taking calls and it'll take a while to recreate the user then add them into to their ridiculous number of hunt groups. so I was holding out in the hope that someone would say...
I upgraded last week, it never happened before that. It's happened once since. Do you think it won't happen again? Also, are you sure it'll fix it?

CCC recently upgraded to 5.0.73.
IP office 412 recently upgraded to 5.0(24)
and other bits and bobs upgraded too.
Obviously there have been various problems that we have had to resolve to make our original configuration work.
I wonder if anyone can think of possible causes of this problem that...
