You can back-up just the Media Manager DB using an FTP server. You have to login using the 7070 port. Took me some time to find it, but there is a video in youtube that explains how to do it. it uses "babyftp" as the ftp server.

In another report, Abandonded Calls only counts external calls and not internal. In Xima documentation it states thas you need "Custom Reports" licence to add the abandonded internal calls. That's where I found the difference. But you would have to test it in this particular report.

No, I didnt turn them off. In the same form, just above Echo Cancellation and Echo Reduction, says "Impedance Match". There set off the "Automatic" and you can select the Impedance. You may try with Default or with 600 Ohms. That worked for me.

You can also disable the auto impedance. Just put the old 600 ohms impedance and the echo is off. At least that worked for me.
