We are using IPO 500v2 10.1, with Application Server 10.1.
I want to use the Database Action to make a phone call survey ("please rate from 1 to 5 how you were served in this phone call").
I'm trying to use MySQL to save the results of the survey. But cannot make the connection.
Does anyone know which version of MySQL (8.0, 5.7, 5.6) should I use? Could not find it in the VMPro documentation.
