I know it's possible to do a logo on the 9600 series: http://voices.yahoo.com/how-customize-logo-screensaver-avaya-5976284.html?cat=15
Is it possible to do a similar logo on the 9508 digital phone?

K, I set it for broadcast but the messages aren't forwarding to my members, the message stays in the group. The members have their boxes checked.
I added the source number of the group to one of my users as a test and then the message did set off the user's msg lamp, but it was not in his...

Voicemail Pro
Their old system had voicemail groups where they could directly leave a message for an entire group of users. They had about 20 of these groups. I thought of creating Hunt Groups with a Voicemail Answer Time of 0 or 1 and then just adding the members to the...
I have a bit of a conundrum.
Here's my setup:
IP Office 500V2
8.1.52
Advanced License
PRI Trunk
There's a fax number that comes into my IP Office via the PRI, and I need to get it to a single fax machine.
The fax machine is off-site, far away from the IP Office, so an analog connection isn't...
The system is running 8.1.
I did it this way because the users in the system wanted a name associated with the number.
The routing does work now, the hangup issue was caused by issues with my configuration.
I have technicians with cell phones that need to be accessible from our phone system. They will not have desk phones and they won't have voicemail since they are out in the field.
I thought a simple way to setup a method to call them would be to:
Create User>Assign Extension>Setup...
What's the restart command?
The LED is continuously flashing green.
If I run the command for assert current map, it says:
Panic at 7885142ms
BUS Fault occured
If saw earlier in my post, I linked to intigrant's FAQ as that is what I used to rescue the first module.
What other options do I have? No AT commands are recognized.
Got my licenses validated today, unfortunately the expansion modules did not detect.
I called my support provider (Catalyst) and they said I was following the correct detection procedure. But even erasing the config on the IPO wouldn't detect the modules.
To make things worse, halfway through...
Pretty much all my licenses (aside from IP endpoints) are invalid at the moment until Avaya verifies them. I just didn't think that would impact the detection of a module.
Okay, so if I'm understanding it correctly, it flows like this
Fax comes into the DID of 123-456-3700 over the PRI.
The IP Office matches the digits to the ICR of 123-456-3700 and verifies that it's on the PRI line group. It sends out to the destination (my short code) of *3700.
The shortcode...

Preferred edition license, though I am in the middle of a license swap with Avaya at the moment, so my Preferred Edition license is invalid, would that impact the detection of expansion modules?
