tlpeter, I called Avaya again. Although it will let you install, the database will lockup when one db writes to the msde causing issues. The only way to run them on the same machine is get sql 2000 and migrate CCC and contactstore to it. Not very cost effective. We are going to use another PC to...

tlpeter, that is what Avaya said. Will it work in that order without SQL? If I installed contactstore msde and then CCC msde?

My issue was it wasn't letting me install msde for CCC saying an instance is already installed.

I had this problem today and was on the phone with tier 3 support. You cannot install contactstore and CCC on the same box as they both use MSDE. The only way is to install them on two seperate boxes or install the full sql server and migrate CCC and contactstore to SQL.

It isn't letting me add an account in the first tab. That should not have to do with voicemail to e-mail anyways. It is set to smtp. I restarted the service again to be sure. Same issue.

Escorthosis - I don't have an exchange server. I was told I don't need one for basic voicemail to e-mail. Those registry entries were empty however. If I put something in there it doesn't stay filled.

I tried setting up the account in outlook and tested. Same error. The vm services are currently logged in as system account.
