Yes, the fax dialing in to a modem on a PC. At first I thought protocol as well, but I think something else is up. Not only do the protocols match, if I take the fax machine off the DN and go directly to a POTS line then I can send to the PC no problem. wierd.....

Hi all! Have our BCM200 up and running with analog lines in pool A. T7316 phones on all DN's. When a user lifts the handset on a phone, it automatically selects the next available line. Is there a way to disable this so the user has to press the "line out" button that is programmed on the set? Andy

hey jsaad, I see that lines will not overwrite buttons that are already programmed, and the BCM has every button configured out of the box. I will try to delete and reassign the lines. I will let you know! Andy
