Ok Tek-Tip Gurus,
Every time I come to this site SOMEONE has an answer/workaround/fixup to my dilemmas...
I have a BCM200 with several hunt groups. Right now incoming calls go through ccr and then to appropriate hunt groups and then each hunt group overflows to the office hunt group (630). Now we have one Hunt Group (629) that we want to overflow to a DN (239), and then CFNA 239 BACK to HG 630 (Office). Overflow to 239 works ok, but instead of CFNA to HG 630 it rolls back into the CCR. # Rings is set to 10 in the BCM General settings, and the HG is 3 and the DN is 4, so I dont think that is holding it up...
I know that Hunt Groups have specific rules when doing this kind of goofiness, so I'm not sure if this is posssible or what I am missing...
Help me, oh gods of the telephony! [sadeyes]
Andy

DOH!
I got it myself.... number of rings for the callback timer was too low.... [upsidedown]

If a syncronized swimmer drowns, do they ALL drown?
