    What Release of CM are you running? Or are you G3si vXX? If you're on CM x.x, you can get into the web maintenance page and do an add login from the maintenance screen, just make sure your login permissions are set.

    It sounds like you may want to check your VM to switch integration if MWI is sticking. Try a reset on the VM platform and see if that helps. (clear amw all xxxx) xxxx - extension, will turn off MWI at the extension level. That command works on the Definity. Hope this helps.

    mwheat - Have you checked the secretary's phone for proper amount of call-appearances? To transer a call requires an additional open call-appearance button as well. Just a thought.
