Can not add login

I am using a Definity G3. But now I can not see account Craft on the system and can not use "add login" command, it returned the error: "Login" is an invalid entry.

I think the former IT guy deleted Craft user and did something on the system, that why I can not login by Craft account.

Please help to restore the admin account which can help to add login.

only a buisness partner or Avaya can do that. try list logins & see who is left
 
list login displayed only 1 user "Trung" , service level: super user
So I can not do anything?except send to Avaya
 
Hi,

I need any user who has add/delete login account permission. So I can create a limited account for another staff.
 
What Release of CM are you running? Or are you G3si vXX?

If you're on CM x.x, you can get into the web maintenance page and do an add login from the maintenance screen, just make sure your login permissions are set.
