Rather than dial '0' to get our switchboard, several of our users are instead dialling the DID, and this in turn is costing the business money.
Is there anyway I can setup the system to redirect a user to extension '0' if they try to call the DID?

We no longer have access to music on hold on our option 11c - had to remove the card to allow for extra lines to be put in.
Is there any alternative to music on hold, such as a beep or any other audible notification? Currently, callers think they are being disconnected when on hold...
Our system is a Meridian 11c, rls 25.
At the minute we dont have any music on hold facility, so when callers are placed on hold all they here is silence.

I have changed the IDC table to send traffic from our main number to a menu in CallPilot. However, when you dial the number, calls are still going through to the switchboard instead of the menu.
Is there somewhere else I need to change the destination of the main number for this to work?

FORC is forcing the handset to answer automatically, and gives the operator a beep in their headset, doesnt do anything else.
I basically need the phone to go into a state of not ready once the call has ended.

I have setup an ACD on our Meridian 11c with three M3905 phones logged into it. I would like it so the phones do not ring, but instead present the operator with a tone in their headset, and then they are straight into the call.
Can this be done with these phones?
Currently when we have an external call come in on our Option 11c, rather than display the callers number, it just displays the trunk number.
How can I change this so we can see the callers number?

Just to let you know that this problem has now been resolved.
It seemed to be a back-end software problem, in that login sessions were not being closed correctly by the switch.
Several patches were installed and I just performed a Warm reboot and it has done the trick!

I have already pinged the PBX and it came back OK.
I am not too sure that the OTM server is running on the PC as I have reboot it several times and it did not rectify the problem.
However, the only equipment that we have here is the Option 11c and a PC. Our telco only installed the PC with OTM...
