I have setup an ACD on our Meridian 11c with three M3905 phones logged into it. I would like it so the phones do not ring, but instead present the operator with a tone in their headset, and then they are straight into the call.

Can this be done with these phones?

I believe it can be done on these phones only 3901 - 3904 are unable but 3905's should be ok. Im sorry i cant remember where the option to turn this on is.. been a long time since i worked on 11c. But im 99% sure it is possible with this telephone. Check manuals or docs i believe it is an option in notification settings. But dont quote me. Sorry i couldnt be of more help to you.

Once more small question, the beep lasts for around 0.5 seconds. Is there anyway this can be slightly extended, or is this a system default?

If it is anywhere I think it would be in the CDB under the TIM (timers) information.

OVL 56 is all seeing, all knowing tone/cadence control...don't ask me how to do it - its been a very long time.....good luck.
