Music On Hold On Option 11c

Is it possible to setup music on hold for an Option 11c? Currently when people are put on hold all they hear is silence.

I have been going through the system data, and I do have a package installed called Music (44). Does this mean that we have the capabilities to set this up, and if so how?

Configure music on the Customer Data Block (CDB) and the Route Data Block (RDB) as follows:
1. Connect Music source to a Universal Trunk port and configure it as MUS in LD 14. You have to 1st configure a music route (eg route 21) and the music trunk will then have RTMB 21 1
2. Enable music for the customer as follows: (ld 15, chg,type CDB, cust 0, ftr_data YES, mus YES, musr 21).
3. Enable music on the trunk route you are using (if your trunk route is say 10): (ld 16, chg, type RDB, cust 0, rout 10, mus YES, mrt 21).

here's a music trunk, created in ld 14 and a music route created in ld 16.. the acod is a unique number.. this one is on a miran cards but the prompts are the same on an analog card.. any vacant analog port can be used.. ld 20 luu cot

I went to login to ld 14 and it won't let me! Looks like I will have to get on to the telco and get those admin logins!
