    Hello I hope someone can assist. I am trying to use the SMDR Viewer inside of the IPO Knowledgebase Website to view a SMDR.CSV File but when I Browse to the File the Viewer loads nothing. I dont understand what I am doing wrong, can anyone assist any help is greatly appreciated.

    Issue Resolved: After speaking with the CLEC I was told that since these are VoIP Trunks the Network will not allow the BTN to be called from the BTN's location, the same is not true for PRI. I was not aware of the facy that the Trunks were VoIP since they are setup the same in Manager as PRI.
