Hello All -
I hope someone has the answer to what seems a basic question.
I have a G3V12 and I am unable to dictate Queue Length because Queue Length is not an Option on the Hunt Group Form. I have ACD-Y, Vectoring-Y and Queueing-Y, but no Field for Queue Length?
Can anyone assist?
Thanks kank for the response, actually I may should have of probably not used the word "integration". I am trying determine what Software Application Ericsson utilizes for remote maintenance, such as Soft MAC's. I know that both Avaya and Nortel have such an application but I have no idea if...
Hello all,
I must say up front I am an Avaya Tech so anything about Ericsson is new to me. I have what I hope is a basic question:

Issue Resolved:
After speaking with the CLEC I was told that since these are VoIP Trunks the Network will not allow the BTN to be called from the BTN's location, the same is not true for PRI. I was not aware of the facy that the Trunks were VoIP since they are setup the same in Manager as PRI.
I have a site with IP406 V2 3.2.57 (PRI). The issue is that when you call their Main # from outside the location the call goes through as it should, but if you dial the Main # from within the Office you get a busy. No other local calling is affected.
The SC being used is:
[9]N;
Nsi513934XXXX...
Normally, in the US if they were to use local Trunks they would dial 011+1473+Number, but now since they are dialing UK calls from the UK IPO British Telecom needs the string to be 01473+Number. So to ensure simplicity I want to insert the leading digit of 0 so the US Users can dial what they...
