Hello All -

I hope someone has the answer to what seems a basic question.

I have a G3V12 and I am unable to dictate Queue Length because Queue Length is not an Option on the Hunt Group Form. I have ACD-Y, Vectoring-Y and Queueing-Y, but no Field for Queue Length?

Can anyone assist?

It should be "Queue Length" on page one - can you post page one of your hunt group?

In 2003 on cm2 loads and higer, hunt-group queues where changed from programmable to dynamic.

When it was programmable, customers could allocate too many queue slots for some hunt groups and run out... The total limit was 8000.

Dynamic queues use a system pool that's only limited by the systems' number of unused queue records. In 2004 this system limit was changed from 8000 to 12000 and again in cm4 to 15000.

Bottom line is, it will always use what it needs from the system's unused queue records. It is no longer programmable.

You can look at realtime usage with display capacity
(this is a snapshot when you do the command it does not update while you're looking at the data)

Thank you for the information!
