SMDR Viewer

Hello

I hope someone can assist.

I am trying to use the SMDR Viewer inside of the IPO Knowledgebase Website to view a SMDR.CSV File but when I Browse to the File the Viewer loads nothing. I dont understand what I am doing wrong, can anyone assist any help is greatly appreciated.

Because I have not managed either and I have tried to save the page as local on my PC.

i have it working.

had trouble with firefox, but saved as offline, open with IE load the file. as Sizbut says, it is all on the page, first line.

it just works.

failing that use excel

Tom - Thanks for the insight I will give it another go.

sizbut - I post to this forum when all other resources and practices have been tried with continued failure, I assumed that this is what this Forum is intended for, and to answer your question I did read the instructions, great advice.
