    there is default short code "?" in IPO. you just have to configure your outgoing line IDs of our trunks since you have only 3.

    in what order did you install the apps? i tried VMPro then CCR which works ok but then i install Contact store and it didnt work.

    yeah i tried also using CCR and contact store on the same server but cannot get the contact store working. i think the SQL 2005 Express and the MSDE cannot be used at the same time. anyone got it working on the same server w/o using VMwares?

    we're using an IP500 with v5.0.15 software. a 1616 frequently makes pages to around 10 1608 phones. the problem is the first few seconds are fine but it eventually fades until the pager cannot be heard anymore. i tried different codecs and enabled/disabled silence suppression, changed switches...

    i think that time is quite normal. in my demo rig it takes around 20 minutes and takes 100% CPU utilization so i just made the service manually start

    i too have this same problem before. BCM400 cannot send DTMF by default. we have to press F808 before we can send DTMF tones.

    what i would like is BCM to have IP office's short code, dialing/numbering plan ease and SIP extension support or IP office having BCM's UM, and remove the SCN limitation. thats i few i would like in case they would just retain one over the other

    virtualization maybe out of the option since one-x portal and CCR requires 2gb mems. i would like to have as many app servers in one server as much as possible. i have already tried VM Pro, Contact store then CCR in one server. maybe i just have to go without one x portal
