I have a small doctors office with 3 pots lines. I am used to Nortel and setting up "Prime line to pool A". Is there a way with IPO ver 6 to do that so the customer doesn't have to dial 9? I would think that it would do it but I am unable to find out how.

Thanks.

Yes.

I've done this by making your FIRST set of appearance buttons "Line Appearances" instead of just an "Appearance". So put all your line appearances first (3 since you say you have 3 lines), and then put a standard appearance or two.

Then just lift the handset or press speaker, and dial the number you are trying to reach.

there is default short code "?" in IPO. you just have to configure your outgoing line IDs of our trunks since you have only 3.
