it will be a 350 port system reusing all the same old hardwere as the bcm400 it has more buses and a new internal architecture to allow more ip phones. most of the aplications will be the same
the bcm450 is a new hardware system it expands the current bcm to 300 ports plus pri not sure if they are removing the bus architecture or not. all hardweare from bcm 400 will be reusable it will support 300 tdm or ip or a mixture of both
it will be released q3 q4 this year
we have a problem that a customer has lots of contacts in outlook with just the telephone number the call manager is set to dial 9 for a outside number editing the modem rules to insert 9 dosnt seem to work?? is it because the numbers are not stored in the international number format eg 44

got it sorted someone in the office had put a msc card from a ver 4 system in a ver 3.7 bcm and telephony services wouldnt start put msc in a ver 4 box all ok now is there a way to force a downgrade on a msc card?
we have a problem with a bcm 400 telephony services not starting the phones work ok we are trying to upgrade it from 3.7 to version 4 is there any way on a 3.7 to do a factory reset??
it is random it has done it from day of install sometimes once a day sometimes 5 or 6 times config has been checked by westcon all looks ok now been escalated to avaya
