So, as I support many different version of Switch.

I install a manager, rename the ip office folder then add/remove the admin suite,

Then install manager, rename folder and again add and remove,

I find this is a knightmare to control and makes the programs very slow, is there a better way of me supporting mutiple levels ie Still able to see a 2.1 switch using 4.1 Manager.

Thanks

That is how I do it it. However I just have the latest version of Manager (6.1) and look after everything back to 2.1 with that. I still have 2.0 and Alchemy Manager on my laptop installed the way you say.

I have upgraded all bar 1 of our customers to 2.1+ to make my life easier.

If you copy the Admin folder before uninstalling & reinstalling a new version of manager you can manualy creat the short cuts to run the iolder manager (from the copy)
it is only the Manager.exe and .ops files that are needed for older managers as long as a current version is installed.

I would still go with Jamie & upgrade sites to V2.1 where possible so the V4.1 manager can be used without worry.

All i do is rename the manager.exe to 2.1.78 manager .exe, uninstall, reinstall.

If you want to open an older manager version just double click on the relevant .exe file.
