defaulting a bcm 400

we have a problem with a bcm 400 telephony services not starting the phones work ok we are trying to upgrade it from 3.7 to version 4 is there any way on a 3.7 to do a factory reset??

Under Wizards, Enable quik start wizard you will be prompted to reinstall basic features.

I would caution you that an upgrade isn't going to fix problems. You need to troubleshoot what is wrong. What isn't working?

got it sorted someone in the office had put a msc card from a ver 4 system in a ver 3.7 bcm and telephony services wouldnt start put msc in a ver 4 box all ok now is there a way to force a downgrade on a msc card?
