    Howdie! I was wondering if there's a way of finding out when a call is parked and where. Query from a 3rd party SIP end point. I wonder if there's some code we can write to query the IP office? Any ideas?

    the issue with the 9611G is the firmware. If you have 6.62... no problem 6.80 THIS IS THE PROBLEM update to 6.8102 and the problem goes away. Need to get a patch and problem sorted. Not an headset issue

    When you upload the files in the opt/ipoffice/vmpro/wavs/CustomPrompts folder make sure you are not logged in VM Pro. After uploading the file, select it, and then click on the icon top right to commit changes. If you are logged on VM pro it will not commit.
