    If you do make a change and get kicked out or lose control of the box, just have someone on site reboot it. As long as changes haven't been saved you will be ok. It's not the nicest solution, but it will work as long as you can communicate with someone exactly what to reboot.

    If you are dialing the tac directly, do not dial 9. Not sure how your carrier accepts dialing for your area, but try dialing it as a 7 digit number or 1+ if needed.
