I would like to change the voiceport TNBs ncos from 0 to 1 to allow local calling in callpilot. IE. RV Dn to a local cellphone. The RPLs are set up but I believe the ncos is still preventing this to happen.
Can somebody explain the steps to change the ncos because the TNBs are set up...

We swapped data ports and same card keeps dropping.
