Hello, I cannot add NPA 437 in LD 90. I get ESN 072 when I type
REQ NEW
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA

NPA 437

ESN072

>ERR ESN072
>

ESN0072
NPA, NXX, etc., specified, already exists.

Severity: Info

If it exists then I tried change
REQ CHG
CUST 0
FEAT NET
TRAN AC1
TYPE NPA

NPA 437

ESN073

ERR ESN073

ESN0073
Conflict with another (NPA, NXX, etc.).
Enter new SPN number.
Severity: Info

437 is not a SPN.

Any idea what I am doing wrong or where I should look?

Thanks in advance

437 exists as a NNX, SPN or NPA already under AC1. You need to figure out where that is and determine if you still require it.

It's a phone system, NOT a clock!

I always add mine with a 1 preceding, example: 1512. You need the one to dial long distance anyway.

Yep, NPA's should be built 1XXX, then if you need to strip off the 1 do it in a DMI table. But obviously the 437 is built as an NXX or SPN somewhere.

Thanks,

It was in my nxx table.

Deleted it and put in NPA now it works.
