On other user blustar agent application is working fine. Only problem in one client user pc. Yes application is running on windows server.
BSA is using the 2613 port for connecting to the server.
When opening the BLUSTAR AGENT APPLICATION in the client pc ,we are getting the error "ERROR CONNECTING TO SERVER". From the client pc ,solidus server is getting pinging properly .And host name also getting pinging properly. The solidus version is 8.3 SP1.
Port also opened 2613 .

1. KSFKP:DIR=EXTENSION NO;
2.CHECK WHICH KEY IS FREE i.e. means FCN=TNS,check.
3. Lets take an example key 13 free,then COMMAND is
