Can we use SIP trunking in bp 250

Hi,

Here in one of the Customer have some other 3rd party exchange in chennai with sip facility, they need to connect that exchange with BP250 available in their Pondicherry location, pls let me know the feasibility for this

-you can use external gateways for BRI->SIP or PRI->SIP and connect it to BTU-B or BTU-D.
-Aastra don´t want to implement SIP trunking into the SIPU.

Its not clear.Can you clarify more on first line means what is the external gateway.

-with external gateway I mean a protocol converter from ISDN to SIP.
-there was a gateway available from Ericsson/Aastra but in the meantime I think it is phased out
-as far as I know the vendor was Audiocodes (
