Blank Calls issue

Hi,

In TADIRAN IPX 4000, we are getting the one ring in called extension while there is no call back tone in calling extension and when the called extension pick up the phone ,no speech is there.

What type of extensions - digital, analog, SIP, other?
What type of calls - internal, external, both?
All extensions or just some? If just some, are they on the same card?

You need to narrow down which calls. If it's not 100% of calls then there is no system wide thing that is going on. Is it specific extensions on a specific card? When you narrow down what the difference is between the extensions being affected then you'll be able to work out what the possible cause is.

Here problem in some of the calls we are getting blank calls but suddenly happened.And its not in the particular extension,it can be happened in anyone extension.

And mostly in the internal calls.

Yes. But you need to work out what the relationship is between the extensions that are being affected. If xtns 201, 202 & 203 are being affected but not 204, 205 & 206 then you need to work out how they are different. Are 201-203 on card 1 and 204-206 on card 2?? There could be any number of things but you need to work out what the similarities are.
