After I removed old VM pro and installed new VM pro when I click on icon to open VM pro it would say trying to connect to server then I would get a .net framework error.

Even with VM turned off for that extension.. people can still leave a message in mailbox.. I have seen this happen when people use a Direct voicemail transfer to that etension.... It is annoying and wish Avaya would do something to prevent it..

Have you checked all setting on the trunks? Make sure they are the same.. When you were on site did u use a butt set on lines and checked them yourself... telco always say everything is fine on our end... Check all x connects/ wiring from dmarc to PBX..
Use monotor and see if you can see anything..
Since it happens randemly and to all the phones, is it possibly that all 7 lines are busy and when 8th caller tries to make call the ey get your above symptoms??

Customer had a 1791 telehone that would ring/ buzz when someone calls the extention... It is broken now and apparently they do not make them anymore..

Other than DebugView is there any other tools I could use to Trouble shoot issues with VM.... While it is ok for somethings it is hard to set up to set up to filter on certain users or extensions..

A diagnostic tool to trouble shoot VM better.. I would like to see what time a VM comes in and if it light the lit. Any kind of detailed error log would be nice...
Going to start installing 4.1 next week and haven't seen to much negative stuff about IPO or VM pro versions.. Are they pretty stable or should I stay with 4.0.14 for now ?
