I tried to set programmable button for Direct To Voicemail; we are using Mitel Connect Director, Build 22.18.4600.0. None of the buttons will work when I add this feature. The top right button (button 5?) returns a SAVE? when pressed. TIA for any ideas you may have.

It turns out that Telco SAID they were sending 3110 on the new test number; in fact they were sending 0311, so if I numbered my set to 311 or 3110 it would land there, but if I said expect 4, 3110, strip 4 and add 28 it would not work. I proved what they were sending with the Monitor tool...

I did that to manipulate the DIDs. If I renumber an extension to 3108 it comes through, but if not it goes to the Oper (should go to x28).

I am installing a new PRI on Merlin Magix- DIDs are completely out of order- 4 main lines will come in and need to be sent to QCC consoles (2). How can I point them to the LDN? Do I need to renumber the LDN? Also on the PRI I am deleting 2 and adding 1 digit, but there is no where to 'add' the 1...

So to confirm, the CID is NOT displayed while the call is ringing? If not, I have the same deal working with ACS 5 and PVM Large Card. Please confirm whether you get the CID before the call is answered.

I tested it today, but the CID is only being passed AFTER the call is aneswered; during the ringing it says Voice Messaging System on the display. Will a move to Partner Messaging R6 with ACS R5.0 resolve this? My customer would like to know. Thanks.
Still need to visit the customer site, but they say that the CID is not being passed to all phones, only Ext10. This site has had some comments about certain releases not passing CID from the VM system. Does anyone know if R5 supports this? Thanks in advance...
AACon: No 'server' or other time source will be connected. Don't see 'system phone rights' on Config page. Running Essential Edition.
JustA: Did exactly as you said: Gives me a page with Version, IP1, IP2, License, Local Time, UTP Time.
I have seen numerous instructions on how to set this up, but there is simply no "system phone user" selection under User> Telephony Tab. This results in 4 addt'l tabs, none of which have the system phone user selection. Pulling my (remaining) hair out on this one!!!
