What is the correct pinout for the DB9 to RJ45 adapter on a serial port of a Posiflex terminal to connect to an Epson TM88 printer? Is there something peculiar about the pinout if you are running Aloha on the terminal?

Is there a printer installed on the terminal using the same port as you specified the printer to use in Aloha Manager? If so, delete it.
