    i have a customer on 8.1(63) who is asking to setup different DOD based on 9xxxxxxxxxx or 8xxxxxxxxxx. I know this can be done on PRI using codes in ARS, but how would I go about doing this on SIP trunks without actually creating 2 separate SIP Lines and various URIs? thank you!

    Austin, yes, originally was on .63 , upgraded to .73 and rebooted few times as we have tested two different email servers. Could it possibly be a corrupt config file?

    No, not HG in play here. Calls goes to AA and you enter extension...it rings the 1408 but does not twin.

    Have a IPO 500 v2 Embedded VM at a customer site with SIP trunks. When calls are placed directly to the DID, twinning occurs no problem. But if someone calls the main telephone number and is routed via the AA ( two AAs day and night), calls dont twin. Any idea?
