SMTP not working (8.1.73)

Experiencing a bizarre issue with SMTP setup. The voicemails are never received by the customer.
We've tested with 2 SMTP server, including our own SMTP we use for our IPO notifications. Additionally performed testing sending via command line and using SMTPProbe software.

All settings on the user level are correct.

One more thing, neither of the servers have anything indicating a connection or that email was sent out.

shows that your vmail to email from the traces is the only one queued.

Perhaps you should turn on smtp traces in sysmon.

CarGoSki, thank you for the reply. I do have everything checked off under 'Embedded Voicemail' in the Trace Options> Call Tab.

Is there another place for SMTP ?

Have you rebooted at all? I've seen these things pile up because of one bad email, and nothing will get sent out.

Austin, yes, originally was on .63 , upgraded to .73 and rebooted few times as we have tested two different email servers.

Could it possibly be a corrupt config file?

Ehhh...maybe. You could certainly try clearing it and starting with the basics to just test (backup fist!).
