Got it working partially
I was mistakenly putting in the extension for the rec'd.
Put in the last 4 digits of the DID and it took it.
I use an outside line on the same phone system and it rings through to the extension it's set for, but when I call the line from my cell it's not in service
Somewhat familiar with the programming
DIDs set up to 170 some above. 16 extensions with direct dial.
Adding a DID at line 171. Line type is Public...changed to 2222 which is the extension where I want it to ring. Rec'd is none...I want it to be 2222. I put in 222 and it will one take the...

I went into Scheluded services and clicked on everything there
dropdown screens double clicking routing srv and ringing srv it had a selection for manual.

The service is programmed in the button, yet accessed denied in admin

Have a bcm 200 that works fine with this feature on a reception set the receptionist programmed it.
I understood that we are not to post jobs here.
I have been able to program the button on the reception phone (221] through button programming in the element manager
But it still says access denied when I try to use it
As I have said, all the lines and all the sets are programmed with 221 as the control set
I wish I could send the screen capture. Finally got it.
