A client is using version 10. Embedded Voicemail set in IP Office mode.
When an outside caller uses the dial by name feature the caller goes directly to voicemail instead of dialing the extension.
Anyone have an idea of why this is happening and how to change it.

I've migrated them from an old Nortel PBX to the IPO 500v2, and apparently it worked correctly previously
This client i'm setting up wants to have transferred calls show that the call is coming from reception instead of the actual external caller.
They want this so they end user will answer, and reception can tell them who is calling.
Currently when transferring the display shows the caller ID

Also while the system was registered to voicemail pro, we created a new user, and it never created the mailbox
One thing i didn't mention before. The voicemail pro and IP Office are on different vlan's IP Office...

2. configured, recorded greetings
3. changed system voicemail config to voicemail pro
