Softconsole not working after upgrade

Last night i upgraded to 9.0.6 from 9.0.1

2 users have receptionist license, and can no longer log into softconsole.

Softconsole just says Login unsuccessful, please try again.

I've tried creating a new user but it does the same thing.

I'm not sure what else to do from here.

 
As per another thread you need to upgrade your release of Softconsole to 9.1.

I'm clear but my fighter is down.
 
I tried. Softconsole 9.1 has the same issue failed to authenticate against existing users, and new users.

I'm trying to get a 9.1 upgrade license to update the entire system.
 
So you upgraded the system without an upgrade license?
I think you have bigger issues with the system then no working softconsoles :)

no.. sorry i haven't upgraded yet.

The Softconsole log file is showing a CMMsg TimedOut 10536 error allong with a TelephonyEngineSessionError(): Reason=3
