    Figured it out.. In Embedded voicemail, i had Direct Dial-by-number checked, but didn't had KEY 2 (under actions) set to Dial by number. Apparently in embedded vm its mandatory. it works fine now.. thanks for all of your help. cheers,

    I changed it to G.711 but no change.. and yes Dial by name is checked as well.

    IPOffice R8(43) with SIP Trunks. Incoming calls directed to AA. No extension or Dial by name entry get recognized.

    It was the router causing calls to drop due to firewall. Lesson learned : Never use soho routers Thanks for all of your help.

    this a basic Small business router, and doesnot have this feature available.

    ITSP have no information on this.. all they said configure the ip address and it should work. we are using Cisco RV082 router; port 5060 and all port are open from/to IPO.

    right now binding refresh rate under LAN2 Network Topology is set to 300 sec. i can change it to 3600sec. but then what will happen after an 1hr?

    Go under Upgrade tab and make sure that all daughter cards and modules have same (xx) RELEASE.

    Hello All. I have this IPO R8(43) with SIP Trunks using IP authentication. Incoming calls drops after 60sec. and gives fast busy on incoming calls when system is idle for more than 2 mins. Out going is fine. Under System Status it shows trunks as idle. there has to be a timeout tab somewhere...
