We have a IPoffice R8 on dmz with SIP trunks and couple of IP and SIP endpoints. All devices are working fine except when we try to connect PHone Manager IP SoftPhone it dosen't discover; and there is no trace on Monitor.

SIP trunk on BCM50 R6 configured as IP authentication.
- RFC2833 set to 120
- RTP set to non
signalling port set to 5060
- Public Sip Account Remote SIP domain assigned.
- Dial plan set to public and "8" is assigned to BlocA
- BCM is set to DMZ on service provider router
Figured it out..
In Embedded voicemail, i had Direct Dial-by-number checked, but didn't had KEY 2 (under actions) set to Dial by number. Apparently in embedded vm its mandatory.
it works fine now.. thanks for all of your help.

ITSP have no information on this.. all they said configure the ip address and it should work. we are using Cisco RV082 router; port 5060 and all port are open from/to IPO.
Hello All.
I have this IPO R8(43) with SIP Trunks using IP authentication. Incoming calls drops after 60sec. and gives fast busy on incoming calls when system is idle for more than 2 mins. Out going is fine.
Under System Status it shows trunks as idle. there has to be a timeout tab somewhere...

you can download the latest patch from https://support.avaya.com and ESPL library. You need to be an authorized user to access the download section..

Sorry for late posting.. Here is solution to my RCC Issue.
goto Administrative Tools and click on Services
goto RCC service properties and change Recovery option to "Restart the Service"
Run the RCC Verification Utility as Administrator, and it will give you check marks...
