IP Office R8 Phone Manager Soft Phone unable to discover IPOffice on WAN

Hello Everyone,

We have a IPoffice R8 on dmz with SIP trunks and couple of IP and SIP endpoints. All devices are working fine except when we try to connect PHone Manager IP SoftPhone it dosen't discover; and there is no trace on Monitor.

Need Help
 
do you have a public IP address or a private one?
won't work with private even if you use DMZ

So you have an IPO on the public internet with SIP enabled :)
I would check the phone bills as this is asking for trouble.

I have once done this as a test and a sip trace showed a request of a "friendly sip server" trying to hack it.
I had no SIP trunk licenses on it but it tried to make calls.
This was after 5 minutes!!!

To answer your question, this does not work!!!
