Nortel 2033 Conf Phone w/ BCM 450

Hello! Our company recently purchased a Nortel IP Audio Conference Phone 2033. The 2033 is connected to a BCM 450 via a Nortel 1020-48T-PWR switch.

The 2033 boots, then stops. The display reads "NORTEL" in the middle and "VLAN Discovery (id:16)" at the bottom but doesn't boot any further. VLAN 16 is correct.

I've set the S1 and S2 addresses to the same address as our BCM and set the port to 7000.

Any ideas on what I'm missing? Is it possible that I need to upgrade the firmware? If so, does anyone know where I can download a copy?

and ESPL library. You need to be an authorized user to access the download section..
