Still no resolution. I've used an old card from a collegue and that card works fine. The diference between them is that when i put the card reader in my laptop in the working card i only see a directory "lvmail" and in the new card from Avaya is see 3 maps and 3 files with strange caracters like...

Hello all, I have a problem with my Embedded VM card in my Small Office 4.0(7), fist i have put the card in straight from the box into the SMO and put the power in and it kept on rebooting. After that i've upgraded the card to the latest G723 files still the same. I send the card back to avaya...

are you sure you've used 4.0.15 i had that problem with 4.0.18

I had the same problem, i've downgraded it to 4.0.15 and everything worked fine. make back-up before you downgrade and put that one in the 4.0.15. greetzzz...Bas

OK, thanks for all your help. But i think Philips has sorted it out. It has to do with our ISDN provider who uses diferent PABX's called a 5ESS and the EXA, what happends is that after a call our D-Channel goes down for half a second whan our lins comes from a 5ESS PABX from KPN. cheers.

We have 1 Main site with a 2000IPS and connected with 8IPLA's to 6 remote PIM's they al connected to a VPN network. Every site has his own 4BRTA card where the in/outgiong calls are made. We have onw the remote sites only IP dect. The ISDN lines are P-P and P-MP but most of them have only P-P.

Good guessing....i'm Dutch. On the 4BRTA we've put sw1 to ON.

So with Group call by pilot is the only way? We use IP Dect with normal dect Phones, we get a lot of lost calls. We have 35 groups tried with the group call by pilot but it doesn't work. Internal and External calls get lost.

The problem is caused bij the remote PIM's, we've already tried to do a reset on the Remote PIM's but that had no effect. Every time we clear the alarms they come back.

In my 2000IPS v12.2 i get the message; 21: DCH/BRT/PRT D-channel link connection failure. The alarm is comming from the 4BRTA from 5 remote sites. I have no problem calling or what so ever. Can somebody explain what this is? thnx.

It's an 2000IPS version 12.2 What we want is an group with say 8 IP-Dterm in it and that they ring al at they same time, after that it has to go toe another group or reception number. Thanx for the replies...
