I need some help to make a multiple ring group.
I can't use UCD because I have 35 groups to program.
I've tried to program a virtual as linekey under a IP-Dterm.
Is there another way to program this?

I suspect you have and IPS,

In the IPS you can do Group Call By pilot.

Direct call pickup.

What is the need? More info Please.

It's an 2000IPS version 12.2
What we want is an group with say 8 IP-Dterm in it and that they ring al at they same time, after that it has to go toe another group or reception number.

Thanx for the replies...

Check out Group call By pilot, Now you may be able to delay ring to another group or agent.

So with Group call by pilot is the only way? We use IP Dect with normal dect Phones, we get a lot of lost calls.
We have 35 groups tried with the group call by pilot but it doesn't work. Internal and External calls get lost.

what I would try is creating a virtual number for each of your dterms and put that on a line appearance key. Then create the group call by pilot number using those virtuals. That way you don't have to worry about any call forwarding of the Dterms taking effect. What you may not know is that if you set a call forward no answer on the pilot number it will take effect so you can use that to get the call to move on if it isn't answered by anyone in the group. Also the pilot shouldn't be one of the numbers that appear on any of the Dterms it should just be busied out using Cmd E50.
